I bought half a kilo of champignon mushrooms with the intention of making mushroom ciulama, but as the calculation from the fair does not match the one at home ..... I made stew.

  • 500 g mushroom mushrooms
  • an onion
  • a carrot
  • a bell pepper
  • 200 g of tomato juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom stew:

Onions, carrots, peppers are washed and put in a bowl to chop.
