I had never heard of the pasta with philadelphia and tuna and if I have to be honest it didn't even seem like a good recipe! But I'm a daredevil and I like to try new tastes;) When I made the first bite of this pasta I couldn't believe it, I really liked it and Ivano appreciated it too (doing an encore too).
Often the simpler recipes can surprise us, even if they may seem a little messy and perhaps with a combination of ingredients a little unusual, if you try it, let me know if you liked it too;)
How to make pasta with philadelphia and tuna
In a large pan, brown the garlic clove and parsley in a little oil.
Then add the pitted and cut olives and the tuna.
After letting it flavor a few minutes, add the philadelphia.
While cooking the pasta, use a little of the cooking water to add to the pan.
Mix the sauce by turning it over.
Drain the pasta al dente and sauté it for a few minutes in the pan.
Your pasta with philadelphia and tuna is ready to be brought to the table.
