Asparagus wrapped in bacon is a simple but delicious recipe. I prepared them last week to serve as an appetizer at a dinner and they were very popular (Ivano aside, of course;)). I cooked the steamed asparagus so as to make them crunchy, I wrapped them in slices of bacon and baked them for a moment, then I added some parmesan flakes to the dish and voila, my dish was ready to be enjoyed. You may be wondering what I did yesterday of such "anxiety" in Milan, well, I participated in an episode of a web series that you will see online in the coming months and it was a crazy experience. How to make bacon-wrapped asparagus
Clean the asparagus (here you will find the step-by-step guide).
Steam them for about 5-7 minutes.
Divide the asparagus in two by two, wrapping each pair with a slice of bacon.
Place the asparagus thus composed in a greased pan.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 200 ° C and cook for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.
Serve the asparagus wrapped in bacon hot or warm, adding some parmesan flakes.
