When a few weeks ago I prepared homemade yogurt, I was looking for a way to use it and I stumbled upon this instant ice cream recipe, I had some berries in the freezer and I immediately started preparing it, in two minutes I had the ice cream ready to be enjoyed, easy, creamy and tasty, great! So if you want a fresh sweet prepared on the fly, if you do not have an ice cream maker but still want to prepare an ice cream at home or if you have all the ingredients ready and guests at the last minute, this is the recipe for you, try it and you'll love it, guaranteed. Here with this instant ice cream I officially inaugurate the season of cold desserts, yesterday I already prepared some nice fruit popsicles and today I put my kitchenaid ice cream maker in the freezer for 24 hours rest so I can start production for this year. How to make instant fruit ice cream
The fruit to be used for this ice cream must be frozen and in pieces, I used some berries so I put them whole
Put the frozen fruit, cold yogurt, mint leaves and honey in the blender
Blend at high speed until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
Serve the instant ice cream right away.
Alternatively you can put the mixture in the freezer and when ready to serve it, blend it in the mixer for about ten minutes and then serve.
