How to make Tortiglioni with cheese

Arrange the flour in a bowl together with the two types of grated cheese.

Add the cream, salt, paprika and margarine.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture (the mixture will be quite soft).
Form a loaf and place it in the fridge for half an hour.

Take the dough, roll out a sheet of half a centimeter and cut out strips about 10 cm long (the mixture is very soft and so it must be, but it is a bit difficult to work with, but it's worth it :)

Roll each strip on itself as if it were a candy.
Spread a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the tortiglioni with cheese spaced from each other.

Beat an egg in a plate with a pinch of salt and brush the beaten egg on each cheese tortiglione.

Bake the tortiglioni with cheese for 10 minutes at 220 ° C in a preheated oven.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve!
