Mix the soft butter with 100 g powdered sugar and salt powder. Add the eggs one by one, mixing further.
Add lemon peel and lemon juice, then flour mixed with baking powder.
Mix well and place the dough wrapped in cold foil for a few hours or even overnight.
Form dough balls, roll them in powdered sugar and place them in a tray in which I put baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. We keep the remaining dough cold until the next tray.
Carefully take the cookies from the tray and place them on a grill or board to cool.
We keep them in closed boxes. They are so fragrant!
